The Orbita MK M-Z alarm devices are designed to generate alarm signals in fire and security alarm systems, to attract the attention of personnel in industrial emergencies. The alarm devices can be used with any fire and security alarm control and monitoring devices. The type and level of explosion protection are 1 Ex db IIC T 6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T 85 ° C Db, PB Ex db I Mb / 1 Ex db IIC T6 Gb / Ex tb IIIC T85 ° C Db according to GOST R IEC 60079-0-2011. The alarm devices can be used in hazardous areas and rooms of classes 1 and 2 according to GOST IEC 60079-10-1-2011 and GOST IEC 60079-14-2011.
The alarms have two warning stages and different operating modes, each independent of the other. Switching between warning stages is accomplished in one of two ways:
The notification mode is set using a group of microswitches.
The alarms are produced with the following supply voltage:
Distinctive features:
The posts are equipped with explosion-proof cable entries of the KV series, KV TU 27.33.13-138-81888935-2019. The connecting thread of the cable entries is M20x1.5. Cable entries allow the input and output of round cables of various diameters.

The operating mode is selected by the user using dip switches. Single-stage or two-stage operation is possible. The second stage is activated automatically after a fixed time or by an external control signal. The type of audible alert signal is selected independently for each stage using dip switches (Table 2).
